Black Tax Fest Ticket Policy
Welcome to Black Tax Fest. Please read this Ticket Policy carefully before purchasing. By completing your ticket purchase, you are agreeing to the terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final

• All ticket purchases for Black Tax Fest are non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: changes in personal circumstances, travel delays, illness, weather, job requirements, or scheduling conflicts.

2. Non-Transferable Tickets

• Tickets are non-transferable and may not be reassigned, resold, or gifted to another individual.

• Entry may require a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the ticket.

• Black Tax Fest reserves the right to deny entry to anyone attempting to use a ticket under a different name.

3. Event Changes

• Event programming, schedules, speakers, entertainment, and venue details are subject to change without notice.

• Your ticket guarantees entry to the event, not a specific session, speaker, or activity.

4. Postponement & Cancellation

• Postponement: If the event is postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued.

• Cancellation: If Black Tax Fest is permanently canceled (not postponed), next steps will be communicated by email to the address used at the time of purchase.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

• By purchasing a ticket, you agree not to dispute or chargeback your transaction after accepting these terms.

• Black Tax Fest will provide proof of purchase and acceptance of policy to payment processors in the event of a chargeback claim.

6. Code of Conduct

• All attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly.

• Black Tax Fest reserves the right to remove anyone from the event without refund for behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of venue rules.
